Peter Elliot (1950)
Peter Elliott, an alumnus of the University, graduated in 1974 with an Architecture degree and gained a Masters of Architecture degree from RMIT in 1993. He commenced his practice in 1975. Elliott's work with the University included several internal refurbishment and restorations. He also collaborated with Bryce Mortlock in producing the master plans and fostered an urbanism that is intimate and reinforces the master plan concept of outdoor rooms. Elliott was responsible for Professors' Walk and for the insertion of the cafe/ kiosk structure (today Castro's Kiosk) in the Physics Podium building.
