Title
Community Caterpillar
Description
In November last year, the 1st Vic Sea Scouts organized a community activity to create the longest chalk pavement trail in the world – a 7.5km caterpillar that was designed to be fun and creative for the local kids, get families out walking and reconnecting, and to convey positive messages and messages of thanks to those who had given so much during the year, showing what can be achieved when we work together as a team.
The trail was 7.5 km long and weaved it’s way through Middle Park and Albert park, and gave families and local kids the chance to set out on a journey to find the head and tail, colour in the caterpillar, or write their own personal message.
