The Living Archive of Aboriginal Art project was funded by the Melbourne Social Equity Institute https://socialequity.unimelb.edu.au/projects/the-living-archive-of-aboriginal-art, University of Melbourne (2018-19) and a Faculty of Arts, Collaboration Seed Funding Grant, University of Melbourne (2020). This funding has provided opportunities for archiving Maree Clarke’s photographic collection, the corresponding online exhibition and has contributed to future funding to build the project more broadly with the ARC INDP (200100042) Indigenous Storytelling and the Living Archive of Aboriginal Knowledge (2020-2023).
