Pages 1–6: Caption title: Dominica 1. Adventus. Nro. 1. Palestrina (pencil). This is a setting of the text Ad te levavi animam scored for SAATB with figured bass line. Copied by a scribe from Zelenka’s circle: Zelenka notated the bass line and added figures. The bass clef was written before early 1729.

Setting of the text Deus tu conversus scored for SAATB with figured bass line. Copied by the same scribe as above. Zelenka notated the bass lines and added figures as well as instructions (eg., ‘ottava bassa’). The bass clef notated by Zelenka is from pre late-1728/early-1729.
Under the heading Offertoria in his Inventarium (page 23, between entries numbered 14 and 15), Zelenka listed two sets of Offertoria by Palestrina: Offertoriu[m] totius anni pars prima in partitura. Offertoriu[m] totius anni pars secunda in partitura: Praenestini. Both entries crossed through and covered with a slip.
