I took this picture near Flinders street station which is always busy and swarming with people. Even in the midst of the pandemic situation while other people are too busy to stock their last minute essentials, these street people are still struggling to manage their food and shelter. Is there no place for them to feel safe and secure? Or they are going to be left out like always in a crisis moment like COVID-19?
