Description
Depending on the day of the week I would pick up my uni bag or my work bag and rush out the door. On Tuesday my classes moved to online, but I also lost my job as an English language teacher for international students. Besides the anxiety around money and being able to afford rent in the future, I feel somewhat lost since my entire sense of identity and self-esteem centered around my social roles; as teacher, postgrad student and friend.
