The news of the virus Covid-19 is inescapable in everyone’s mind. This is a screenshot of my phone screen. Every day the major news are about the pandemic. All of my social media posts are related to memes and stories about the pandemic. Even when I switch off everything at night, my mind is still fixated on the pandemic and the impact it is having on me and my family emotionally, financially and socially. These thoughts are inescapable.
