"The architect …. Has somewhat deviated
from the general style of terrace arch
-itecture/properties by introducing two wings
and a central feature, which are
brought our in brickwork, on iron columns,
a little in front of the intermediate
houses, thereby adding considerably to the
relief and producing a front of unique
type."
