So KidKoin is, as I like to call it, is life at home gamified. The concept of KidKoin is basically just a currency for kids at home, that they can earn, lose, and even spend. I came up with the idea to build an app during lockdown, since I desperately needed something to save me from boredom. So, I began learning about building mobile apps with a few Google searches. Title A name given to the resource Learning from remote learning Description An account of the resource When the decision was made to start gradually returning students to school from the 26th of May 2020, the Victorian Minister for Education, James Merlino, asked VicSRC to capture the learnings from this period to feed into a summit of education leaders across all school sectors in July 2020. This report has impact and relevance beyond that summit. Students’ voices are often not heard in conversations about education and the education system, but in this report you will find the voices of hundreds of students wanting to share their opinions not only about remote and online learning, but about the education system as whole.
