In the later ‘Catalogo della Musica di Chiesa’ (c1784) scores only are listed for [Messa:] No: 34) Sanctus; Agnus (III/Z/13/7). The scoring for both sections is given as: ‘à 4 voci à Capella’ (SAATB) and bc.
Zelenka held a number of Sanctus et Agnus settings (many from masses of Palestrina) for use by the Kapellknaben.
