This bass part harmonically corresponds with the incipit given above which comes from a missing set of parts for an anonymous Litaniae Lauretanae in B flat Major. The opening time signature is C. The opening movement is marked ‘Con spirito’.
The work is set in eight movements; the basso ripieno part is tacet in the second, fourth and sixth movements:
