Descripsit [copied by] Josephus Kalousek.* Anno 1731 is written at the conclusion of the part for Organo o’ Violoncello.
* Re Kalousek: Records show that at least three Kapellknaben named Kalousek (Kalausek; Kalongeck; Kalouvrek) served in the Dresden Hofkirche: Franz (a violinist) came in February 1723, and left for Prague in September (Diarium). Records show that Johannes (who might be Josephus) was a Kapellknabe in 1728; Ignatius and Josephus were Kapellknaben from 1729 until at least 1732. See Ágústsson and Stockigt, ‘The establishment of the Catholic cemetery in Dresden’, Appendices VI to X. It is unclear which of these left Dresden in 1734 when, on 21.8.1734, the Diarium of the Dresden Jesuits reported: ‘Discessit Kalaussek, Rhetor absolutus, et tenorista, cum matre ad patriam. Provisus novo vestitu, antiquo non illi relicto, cum 6. rthr. viatici’. (Kalaussek the tenor, having finished Rhetoric, returned home with his mother. He was provided with a new suit and his old one was taken back. Travelling money, 6 Thaler).
A paper slip kept with this source reads: 8 Schreiber.
