Remarks

The incipit given in the Hofkirche ‘Catalogo’ (1765) is of Heinichen’s d minor setting of Dixit Dominus (Mus. 2398-D-38), a work already listed in I/H/33/3. NB: ONE incipit corresponds with a setting of this psalm attributed in Prague to Giovanni Alberto Ristori. See RISM ID no. 550268296.
Twenty-three Vespers psalm settings by Heinichen with 17 part-books were stored, as stated here, in I/H/34/1. In fact, the part-books contained music of 31 settings, of which only 23 were kept as separate scores. These then were moved to another location, presumably when the later Catalogo (c1784) was assembled. Perhaps at that time the 23 scores that once had been kept together came to have individual locations and listings. Scores of additional psalms and Magnificat settings by Heinichen now kept in SLUB, must include the 23 listed here. Not all in this following list were part of the set of 23 full scores noted in the Catalogo (1765).
The likely works are Mus. 2398-D-38 (the initial Dixit Dominus with the incipit above), -D-54, -D-24, -D-27, -D-45, -D-50, -D-59, -D-55, -D-56, -D-26, -D-41, -D-48, -D-58 and -D-57 (essentially, the less complicated settings). The settings now kept in the SLUB are: Beati omnes: Mus. 2398-D-54 [Seibel 25]; Beatus vir: -D-43 [S 28]; Confitebor:-D-41 [S 33]; De profundis: -D-55 [S 35]; Dixit Dominus: -D-34 [S 44]; Dixit Dominus: -D-35 [S 45]; Domine probasti me: -D-57 [S 49]; In exitu Israel: -D-47 [S 65]; In exitu Israel: -D-48 [S 64]; Laetatus sum: -D-33,2 [S 70]; Lauda Jerusalem: -D-33,4 [S 79]; Lauda Jerusalem: -D-58 [S 78]; Lauda Jerusalem: -D-59 [S 80]; Laudate Dominum: -D-50; Laudate pueri: -D-33,1 [S 82]; Laudate pueri: -D-45 [S 81]; Laudate pueri: -D-46 [S 84]; Magnificat: -D-24 [S 93]; Magnificat: -D-27 [S 96]; Magnificat: -D-26 [S 95]; Magnificat: -D-23 [S 92]; Magnificat: -D-20 [S 89]; Magnificat: -D-25 [S 94]; Magnificat: -D-21 [S 90]; Memento Domine David: -D-56 [S 97]; Nisi Dominus: -D-33,3 [S 98].
