Scoring indications at the opening of the setting are: vn. 1,2; CATB; Organo; Viole col Basso. This is the shortest and most simple of these three Te Deum settings of Galuppi. It is almost through composed. Since trumpets and timpani do not appear in this score, they must have been added to this setting in Dresden (see the scoring requirements of this catalogue (above): ‘a 4 voci co’ VVni, Vla, Basso, Trombe e Timpani’).
