Concerning copyist ‘Ristori A’: ‘The copyist we identify as “Ristori A” not only wrote settings of Salve Regina by Giuseppe de Majo (D-Dl, Mus. 2475-D-1: I/M/5/1) and Giovanni Gualberto Brunetti (D-Dl, Mus. 4387-E-1 – this listing), but also the first acts of Ristori’s Temistocle and Porpora’s Semiramide riconosciuta (D Dl, Mus. 2455-F-6.1 and D-Dl, Mus. 241 7-F-2).
